CollabHub (Pinterest Concept)
Creator collaboration hub for intake, review, and workflow orchestration.
Open Live AppCollabHub is a conceptual internal tool designed for Pinterest to demonstrate how a unified, structured operating system can improve clarity, speed, and alignment across teams. The product centralizes work intake, prioritization, initiative management, metric definitions, and decision-making into one consistent workflow. It showcases my approach to operational design, systems thinking, and product-minded problem solving.
Pinterest's creator ecosystem requires close coordination between multiple teams, including Creator Partnerships, Product, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Policy. Today, this work often spans disconnected systems such as email threads, spreadsheets, shared documents, Slack messages, and manual trackers. As a result, teams experience fragmented and inconsistent intake processes, difficulty prioritizing across competing objectives, unclear decision ownership, slow or ambiguous review cycles, limited visibility into initiative status, multiple versions of "truth" for performance metrics, and avoidable rework due to misalignment. There is a clear opportunity to create a centralized, structured operating mechanism that improves how teams communicate, prioritize, and execute.
